2.CONTRACT

Confirm all technical details,such as length per roll,Mpa,The whole tensile strength,,Adhesion between ply and ply, between rubber to ply,Elongation at break, Hardness. also package and marks.payment terms and delivery time. Sign contract

3.BOOKING RAW MATEIRALS

First factory book raw material,mainly fabric, because of factory has rubber material stock, Excluding special conveyor belts. Factory testing room will test the incoming raw mateials, leaving the qualified and returning unqualified. All raw materials are from well-known domestic factory. nature rubber imports from Thailand.

4.PRODUCTION

The mixing center and computerized automatic batching machine ensure the uniformity and stability of the gum properties. Each process of rubber mixing, drying, cooling, rolling, vulcanization, etc. is strictly controlled to ensure product quality. After the rubber mixing is completed, a quality inspection will also be conducted on the rubber before rolling. After the finished product, workers inspect the appearance and take samples to test various quality parameters.

5.TESTING

Testing finished belts and make testing report.

6.PACKAGE

Our standard export package is rubber core and all water-proof package all side. We also accept customized package,such as wooden pallet ,steel pallet,steel frame and so on,
