Conveyor roller
Roller and belt conveyor for supporting materials, to ensure stable operation of conveyor supporting device. Idler roller can be divided into groove, parallel to the roller, spherical roller, buffer roller, roller screw, corrosion-resistant roller, vertical roller block; props stand trough, trough-aligning bracket, flat roller bracket, aligning the upper and lower rollers support, application of different materials and different occasions of use.
Trough roller
Trough roller is the component used to support belt and material loaded on the belt conveyor.The standard trough angles are generally divided into 10°、20°、30°、35°、45°
Impact roller
Impact roller is installed below the drop material section of the conveyor to reduce the impact of the falling material on the conveyor belt to prolong the service life of the conveyor belt.
Self-aligning roller
When the position of belt is changed from its center line on the same plane,the self-aligning roller can correct this condition.There are three types of self-aligning roller:selt aligning trough roller,self-aligning friction roller and self-aligning taper roller.They are used both carrier and return section.
Return roller
The return roller group is used to support the conveyor belt in the return section.
